In a competitive market, new buildings need to land fast with clear & tailored creative. Chandos House was a monumental investment, so it needed a strong introduction.
Launching at the same time as Year of Bests meant there was already a system built around selling the superlatives of our experience. Chandos House just needed a fresher way to amplify that same idea.
With brand new spaces & everything you need to work & play hard, Chandos House became the place made for firsts - from the ones you enjoy as inaugural residents, to the ones you’ll earn at uni.
The project became an extension of Year of Bests, evolving those superlatives into those foundational moments of discovery at uni.
Aligning to Year of Bests went beyond posters and bus adverts, defining the styling for the showroom to immerse the experience.
